"Until two years ago I would have described myself as someone who was a bit anxious and not very confident but fundamentally happy and fine.
Then the pandemic hit along with a couple of life changes at home, and I just felt miserable and like I couldn't get through one day without breaking down. I've got to the point where I have a number of different tools to help me get through any situation, I've found the confidence to make life changes that were long overdue, and I genuinely can't remember the last time I cried.
