"Until two years ago I would have described myself as someone who was a bit anxious and not very confident but fundamentally happy and fine.
Then the pandemic hit along with a couple of life changes at home, and I just felt miserable and like I couldn't get through one day without breaking down. I didn't know what was wrong with me or what help I wanted. I came across Katherine's Instagram page completely by chance and she just seemed kind. I loved the way she explained and championed mental well-being to her followers.
I've been having sessions with Katherine for a few months now and it's no exaggeration to say that she has changed my life. We've covered a range of topics and methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through to self-esteem work, and the best thing is that she will completely adapt a session so it covers whatever random issue has come up for me that week (and some are very random!). I've got to the point where I have a number of different tools to help me get through any situation, I've found the confidence to make life changes that were long overdue, and I genuinely can't remember the last time I cried.
